Overnight Oats with Raspberry and Banana

What You Need:


  • 5 tablespoons organic rolled oats
  • 5 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons flax seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberry
  • almonds
Instructions:
  • In a mason jar, place rolled oats, skim milk, flax seed, vanilla extract, raw sugar, sliced banana, and raspberry.
  • Stir until everything is mixed together.
  • Put the lid on and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, top with almonds and additional raspberry if desired.
