Homemade Barbecue Chicken Pizza

What You Need:
  • 2 fresh wholemeal wraps
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 1 steamed chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons shredded cheese (topping)
Instruction:
  • Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Arrange 2 wholemeal wraps on a baking sheet.
  • Spread one tablespoon barbecue sauce on each wrap evenly, followed by 1/2 tablespoon cottage cheese.
  • Scatter shredded chicken across the wrap and then place tomato slices, parsley, and julienned red bell pepper on top. 
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake for 8 minutes.
