Chocolate Ganache Without Heavy Cream

What You Need :
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
Instructions :
  • Place milk and butter into a small pan over medium heat. 
  • Stir continuously and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Pour the hot mixture into a bowl of chocolate chips and leave it for a few minutes. When the chocolate has melted, stir  for about 1-2 minutes until well blended.
  • Refrigerate and set aside for about 10-15 minutes to solidify.
