Cheese Sticks!

What You Need:
  •             Cheddar cheese
  •             Spring roll wrappers
  •             Extra virgin olive oil

  •             Slice the cheese to your desired thickness.
  •             Cut the spring roll wrappers into half.
  •             Enfold each cheese with spring roll wrappers. (Tip: wet around the edges with water to seal)
  •             When all the slices are already wrapped, heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat.
  •              Fry the cheese sticks and remove when golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
