Homemade Chicken Sandwich

What You Need:

  •             ¼ kg ground chicken
  •             5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  •             1 small onion, finely chopped
  •             A pinch of salt, pepper and brown sugar to taste
  •             Sliced tomato
  •             Salad greens (Spinach, Urugula, Mesclun)
  •             High fiber white bread


  • Boil ground chicken in a cup of water for 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain, set aside and let it cool down for a bit.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, a pinch of salt, pepper and brown sugar to taste.
  • Combine the chicken and the mixture in a separate bowl.
  • Refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes.
